RTS (Ready-To-Ship) Items Only:

Return requests for incorrect items received or damaged/defective products must be submitted to somethingscented2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Photo or video proof is required for review.

If approved, store credit or refund will be issued at the shop’s discretion, based on the nature of the issue.

Customs & Pre-Orders

All custom and preorder items are FINAL SALE.

No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Custom items may be made wickless if a fragrance has not previously passed safe wick testing. This is not considered an incorrect item and is part of the custom-order process.

Communication

All return requests and order concerns must be submitted via email.

Messenger, SMS, or social media messages are not monitored for order support.
