Shipping policy

Shipping Policy


All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Lancaster County, PA using USPS or UPS. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery. I always do my best to pack your items safely and securely, but I cannot control what happens in transit.

Processing & Shipping Times


Processing time begins once payment is received.


• Ready-To-Sniff / Ready-To-Ship items: 5–15 business days

• Custom orders: 8–10 weeks (estimated)

• Pre-orders: timing listed on each product page


Shipping times shown by USPS/UPS are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside of my control.


 

Transit Conditions


Candles and melts are sensitive to temperature changes. During warmer or colder months, sweating, frosting, texture changes, or slight melting may occur. These cosmetic shifts do not affect performance and are not considered defects.

 


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages


Once a package is accepted and scanned by USPS or UPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. I am not able to refund or replace items due to:


• Lost packages

• Delayed delivery

• Stolen packages

• Packages marked “delivered” but not received


Please file a claim with USPS or UPS if you experience any of the above. I’m always happy to provide tracking details or assist you with claim information.

 


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with photo or video proof. I will help you determine whether a carrier claim or shop review is appropriate.


Melted, softened, or weather-affected products during transit are not considered damaged and are not eligible for replacement.

 


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If the carrier returns the package to me, reshipping fees will apply.
